	The Convent is our usual meeting place and we meet at the Vicarage in Richmond on dates when the Convent is unavailable.

The day retreat on 11 October will be led by Yanai Postelnik.

Yanai Postelnik has practised and studied Insight Meditation and Buddhist teachings for many years in Asia and the West. He has been teaching since 1992 and leads retreats at Gaia House, the Insight Meditation Society in Massachusetts, and around the world. He is the Dharma Director of Gaia House.
