Days of Mindfulness

Our next Mindfulness Day is on Saturday 11th May 2013 ‘Moving from Self-Judgement to Self-Acceptance’ and booking is now open to Sangha members.

This day of mindfulness will offer an opportunity to deepen practice while exploring ways in which the path can help us let go of self-judgement while cultivating an all-embracing kindness toward ourselves. During the day we will have periods of guided and silent sitting meditation interspersed with walking meditation. We will also be using a meditative process called dharma contemplation to engage with a Buddhist reading on self-judgement. Our day will end with a period of mindful speaking and listening where people can share what they’ve learned and what they continue to struggle with on this amazing path.

This day is not teacher led, but is facilitated by Gaetan Louis de Canonville and Andrea Hosfeld.

The day runs from 10am until 4.30pm at:
Quaker Meeting House, Quakers Lane, Isleworth, TW7 5AZ
